Great Beach Condominium all on the first floor. Three comfortable bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Large living room with dining room and separate kitchen. So much to do, fish in the lake or feed the ducks. Play basketball, or swing at the playground, or have a good workout in the exercise room that overlooks the lake. Ocean Walk is a short walk to the pier where crabbing is always good, or have some oysters at Half Shell. Build sand castles or fly kites at the beach. Kayak, see a play or just read a book; there are great restaurants, art, and plays. You can ride bikes over the entire Island. Come stay with us and fall in love with St. Simons and Ocean Walk. 0.9 Miles to the Village, beach, and Pier.

Every one of our properties is furnished with a “starter kit” of supplies so that you don't have to run to the store at the start of your vacation.

Cancellation Policy:
60+ days from arrival - 100% refund
31-60 days from arrival - 50% refund
0-30 days from arrival – 0% refund

Inside of 60 days, reservations cannot be rescheduled for any reason

Cancellations will be charged a $65 cancellation fee
(without exception, even for same-day cancellations)

To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Emmons Realty strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance.


Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees. No refunds will be granted for early departure.

Pet Policy: Properties designated as pet-friendly require a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Only dogs are accepted. Cats are not allowed. Emmons Realty accepts a maximum of 2 dogs, with a maximum weight of 65lbs per dog. Dogs must be at least 1 year old. We cannot allow pit bulls. No exceptions will be made for any part of this policy.

  The rental was well equipt. For someone who loves to cook, almost everything needed was provided. The laudry room was conveniently located. The bedrooms had perfect bedding for warm and cool weather. Very pet friendly. The complex was quiet with plenty of outdoor space. Morning and evening excursions were great for us and our service dogs.
  
  Although we had to call the rental agency for minor issues, they responded immediately and the issues were resolved effectively and promptly.
  
  I would definitely rent again. We also found some great places to eat out which was a bonus.
  
  We visited Jekyll Island and that was great just remember it is a separate island and requires a daily toll ($10). Fishing and beaches.

  We really enjoyed our condo. it was big enough our granddaughter (8 yo) could watch her shows and we could watch ours on tv. SSI was beautiful! We had some mild days to explore beaches, pier and light house. The ocean was too cold for us to do more than wade a little while collecting shells. Heated pool allowed our daughter and granddaughter to swim when we weren't exploring or eating delicious seafood at Iguanas & Sandcastle cafe. We liked playing horseshoes and playground equipment. We also did the trolley tour and learned a lot about island and its history. We came home to snow & cold temps in Indiana.   Pros: Just enough room for 3 couples. Liked the first floor location and proximity to duck pond. The easy check-in procedure was perfect. Cons: need a bath mat or rug in hall bath; t.v. in main room needs to be larger; dresser in twin room needs upgrading, the drawers are hard to slide and would be a nuisance for renters staying for a longer stay.

We liked the Coast Guard East beach the best, although you have to walk a ways from the parking lot. Do not miss a day trip to Jekyll Island and Driftwood Beach-incredible.

  We rented this property for a weekend in late April 2017 and it easily met all the needs of my family. The property was well maintained, and was as described: 3 bedrooms, 1 with a king size bed, one with a full or queen size, and another with two twin beds, along with 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and another with a tub/shower) a gathering area, dining area, and a kitchen and laundry room. There was plenty of room and it was nice to have access to a kitchen and laundry facilities when traveling with a young child. The kitchen was furnished with silverware and dishes making it more convenient if you wanted to eat at home. There was also a few beach items (boogie boards and chairs) that are there for use if you plan on going to the beach. My only small complaint would be that the water pressure in the showers was not the best, but otherwise the property was perfect.
  
  The property was also conveniently located close to a pool and tennis courts in the same condominium complex, as well as a 5-10 minute drive to several restaurants (Southern Soul BBQ was a favorite among my family), a grocery store, and a park.
  
  The property manager was very courteous and even called the day after our arrival to make sure that we were happy with out accommodations. I would highly recommend this property.

  We enjoyed our stay. We forgot our beach towels and have told them that we don't mind paying for them to send them to us. So far we have not got them back. We paid a lot of money for the towels and one was my Granddaughters that we got for her. Would love to have them back.

    I am so glad that you enjoyed your stay with us. I think that maybe you do not know of all of the time, money and energy that has been spent on trying to return your towels to you. The first emails that were sent, did not have the "y' in Emmons Realty, so we did not receive them. When that was cleared up, the owners were there and did not find your towels where you stated they were left. After calling the housekeepers, they had been cleaned and put in a basket with all other beach towels. You sent an email describing all of the towels. The description was incorrect. The third time, I sent my paid employee to unfold and take photos of all of the towels and email the pictures to you, we have finally figured out which towels you left. Because so many guest forget to pack all of their belonging when they leave, we spend many paid man hours emailing, searching, and mailing back items. There is a fee plus mailing fees, that we told you guys we would waive for you. The tax exempt paperwork that was turned in incorrectly filled out and not at the time of the reservation has also cost us a great deal of time. The reason for explaining all of this is to let you know that we are a company that cares about your vacation and we go above and beyond for our guests. We thank you for staying with us.
