Perfectly positioned for a leisurely stroll to some of the island’s best restaurants and nearby Demere Park, 143 Demere Landing is a towering vacation dream. Its staggering five balconies ensure private restful moments for all, even with the whole family in tow. An elevator visits every level from the garage to the top floor, making luggage handling a breeze. Sunbathe at the pool, take a walk around the pond, and unwind with a soak in the master suite’s luxurious tub. Emmons Realty is very excited to have this home in our collection.

Every one of our properties is furnished with a “starter kit” of supplies so that you don't have to run to the store at the start of your vacation.

Cancellation Policy:
60+ days from arrival - 100% refund
31-60 days from arrival - 50% refund
0-30 days from arrival – 0% refund

Cancellations will be charged a $65 cancellation fee
(without exception, even for same-day cancellations)

Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees. No refunds will be granted for early departure.

  This property has space galore and full bathrooms to match. Lots of levels but there’s an elevator so you don’t have to carry everything from the garage on the bottom level all the way up the stairs to the bedrooms. The management company was great. Very responsive, within minutes. The condo is in a quiet location and it’s a nice walk to the water and active downtown area. And there’s so many great places to eat not to mention all the other islands to tour. The only drawback is the place is in need of updating, especially the kitchen. Though it’s not a deal breaker. For the island the price was decent.

  The townhome and the grounds were very clean and well-maintained. I like to walk, so walking the .07 to town or to the beach was easy for me, but not so for my sister. Parking downtown is very difficult to come by. So if you plan to shop and dine, you may want to stay a bit closer to town if anyone in your party is not a fan of walking. Otherwise the place was perfect. Emmons Realty was a pleasure to deal with.

  I want to surprise my husband mother-in-law and brother-in-law with a nice quiet weekend and maybe Casino for the mother-in-law. The vacation rental was better than expected. We were all able to spread out into our own space and still enjoy family time together when we wanted to. The amenities were great and the elevator was definitely a Topper since my mother-in-law is 81 and has a hard time with steps and my brother-in-law is handicapped with function to motor skills. Everything we could possibly need was provided. The welcome package on the dining room table explained everything we needed to know and gave us options for dining. There were plenty of magazines at the Golden Isles and surrounding areas to visit. The home was immaculate. Whoever does the housekeeping is amazing. I will definitely stay there again when I go back to the Isles if it's available and I have already told people about it. Thank you so much for having us.

  This was our firs trip to SSI and 143 was the perfect spot for our largest family. Plenty of space for our 6 kiddos - 2 bedrooms upstairs (each with their own bathroom), a master (with a dressing room large enough for a pack-n-play) along with an office and pull-out couch on the second floor, and a living room and kitchen on the main level. The garage was a great place to leave all of our sandy stuff.
  Just a couple minute drive to the beach or downtown - an excellent location.
  The manager was very responsive to a small issue (chirping smoke alarm) and we have no complaints!

    I wish that you would have called us. The elevator always works, we check it before every guest arrives. There are instructions in the welcome letter, that state that the inter elevator door must be closed, or the elevator will not move. Someone from Emmons Realty calls the day after a guest arrives to check on them and there are numerous phone numbers for our company. We are always available to our guests. We are glad that you stayed with us and had a good time.

Pool was closed the entire stay, due to the fact that it was being drained and filled with water the everyday of our stay. Real disappointment. The major reason for choosing this place was because it included a pool. The garage was half filled with a golf cart that was off limits to guests. Could really have used the space for parking. We had more than one car meeting at the property. Overall, I would go back and rent again. Very nice stay.

  We were extremely happy with this condo. We had six adults in our party. It was four stories including the garage level. The garage had room to park two cars in. The elevator made it easy to get luggage to each bedroom in the condo and to get around if you chose not to use the stairs. It was great that each bedroom had its own full bathroom. The beds were all comfortable. We ate all meals out while we were there but the kitchen is stocked well should you choose to cook your meals in. The way the condo is laid out it gives a lot of privacy to all. It was very close to the light house and Pier Village. It even had another room with a futon which we did not need to use but it would be a great extra area to send kids for separation between adults and kids. I highly recommend this condo.

  The Unit was very clean, beds were comfortable. Sheets smelled fresh out the wash. My contact was very helpful in renting the unit. The only two negatives were that one of the bedrooms was missing a tv, the other tv had a volume issue and it was either wide open or so low you could barely hear it, plus it was a old tv which was not very appealing. We had no key left for us so when we left the unit we had to leave it unlocked, which I was not crazy about doing. I did not like the access to the unit I stayed, would have been easier to access if it was not a until facing other units that was so close. The pool was lovely, I had it all to myself for several hours which was very relaxing. The overall experience was Great. Just a few hickups, but I Would stay again.

  As first timers to the Golden Isles, our stay at 143 Demere was a wonderful surprise. It was much more spacious than we had anticipated, centrally located, walking distance to the village, and biking to East Beach.

  With its own attached Garage, this property was easy to get in and out of... This unit was comfortable and quiet (we heard no noise or activity from any other property).
  
  The bedrooms were all as described. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and ready for our stay, as we had hoped.
  
  The Living Room had a large comfortable couch adjacent the kitchen area, which also had everything we might have needed..
  
  The location of the unit was perfect for us... Very close to all desired amenities.
  
  We would love to come back for a longer stay someday...

  The best mini vacation we have had. The condo had everything you could ask for and more. There were 6 adults and a toddler and the space was fantastic. We never felt cramped or on top of each other. Neighbors were friendly and we enjoyed talking with them when we went on walks to the pond. There is definitely a return visit in our future! Thank you for providing such an amazing place to stay for an affordable price.

  Condo was very nice, clean and large enough for each couple to have their own space while enjoying being with a group! We were celebrating a 40th Birthday with several couples (4 in our condo and couple others joined us who already have places at St. Simons). The unexpected experience was those folks who own and live here most year round. We had a great time and hospitality with them at the pool and even 2 of their couples went to eat and out with us for the we made new friend too!
