204 Harbour Oaks Drive

This is a unique, 2-bedroom, Harbour Oaks Condominium. It is on the 2nd floor and located directly in the Village, within easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, St. Simons Pier, and the beach.

The second bedroom has a day bed with a trundle. There is a large living room, adjacent sunroom, and recently updated kitchen. If you can play, a Roland 88 weighted-key electric piano there is one in the living room. There are headphones, should you decide not to disturb your friends and family.

This gated community offers a swimming pool and a small gym. Everyone from toddlers, to our most mature guests, will enjoy Neptune Park for picnics under the massive oak trees. Miniature golf, a playground, and a fishing pier are other attractions, in the park. This Condo has a beautiful view of the Harbour Oaks Canal and its landscaping. 7/10ths of a mile to the beach and plenty of space to enjoy your vacation.

Every one of our properties is furnished with a “starter kit” of supplies so that you don't have to run to the store at the start of your vacation.

Cancellation Policy:
60+ days from arrival - 100% refund
31-60 days from arrival - 50% refund
0-30 days from arrival – 0% refund

Inside of 60 days, reservations cannot be rescheduled for any reason

Cancellations will be charged a $65 cancellation fee
(without exception, even for same-day cancellations)

To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Emmons Realty strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance.


Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees. No refunds will be granted for early departure.

The front door was tricky to lock on the way out is the only negative and the front gate never closed, this is a big negative for me as I wanted a secure parking lot. Beds slept well. Kitchen was well stocked with spices for cooking. Laundry room and baths were in good conidtion. Had a great time and would stay here again. Very quiet place.

  We are a family of four with two young kids that loved sleeping on the couches. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it had everything we needed for a three night stay. The location is perfect. It's a 10 minute walk to the pier and all of the restaurants and shopping. We rented bikes and rode everywhere else, including the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

  This was our first visit to this property. We have rented many properties but none had all the wonderful amenities if home. The kitchen had everything including a tea kettle to prepare our nightly tea. Usually we have to microwave a cup of hot water while away. We loved that a tea kettle was available. The home had a keyboard which entertained our musical teens. Lots of beautiful personal touches and we would love to come back soon. Thank you for such a wonderful visit!

Condo was very clean & had all the necessary amenities needed if we decided to eat in rather than go out. The only recommendation I would make is to get a 12 cup coffee maker rather than the 4 cup currently in unit. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent this condo for future trips to St. Simon’s.

  My family and I stayed about a week in this vacation home. It is a rare find. The description and pictures are perfect. We always have to tuck things away when we arrive at a property to make it toddler friendly. Not here. The owners already have their more delicate items safely out of reach. The kitchen has everything! We were pleasantly surprised by the covered parking and large size of the walk-in master closet. We were astounded at how close it is to the village and pier, yet you can feel a million miles away from civilization behind the gates of the peaceful Harbour Oaks community. The beach of your choice is only a five minute drive away. This is one of my favorites of nearly 10 years of using VRBO. Thank you for sharing this wonderful property!

  This condo was so cozy and homey, that we instantly felt at ease and were able to relax on our trip. It was actually quite spacious which worked out well since we had two children with us. The property was clean and the bed & pull out couch were comfortable. There are little ponds all around the property and the children could look down from the balcony into a pond and watch the turtles and fish swim. It really was a great experience and would totally rent this unit again.
