Harbour Oaks first floor condominium is located directly in the Village and is within perfect walking distance for shopping, restaurants, going to the St. Simons pier, or the beach. This gated community offers a swimming pool and a small gym. Everyone from toddlers, to our most mature guests, will enjoy Neptune Park for picnics under the massive oak trees, miniature golf, a playground, and a fishing pier. 0.7 Miles to the beach.

The condo is on the ground floor. Includes Secured Wireless Internet.

Every one of our properties is furnished with a “starter kit” of supplies so that you don't have to run to the store at the start of your vacation.

Cancellation Policy:
60+ days from arrival - 100% refund
31-60 days from arrival - 50% refund
0-30 days from arrival – 0% refund

Cancellations will be charged a $65 cancellation fee
(without exception, even for same-day cancellations)

Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees. No refunds will be granted for early departure.

  My wife and I escaped to this condo for a safe COVID vacation. The condo is in a great location near the Village area and not far from beaches. The condo is exceptionally clean and well furnished. The only recommendation is the TV several of the TV room chairs could be updated although they were fairly comfortable. Emmons Realty was very responsive. Will definitely come back. St. Simons Island is one of our favorites.

  Our family rented this unit the weeks of August 4-12, 2018. We have rented a number of units over the years from Home Away and VRBO. This is the cleanest and best stocked unit we have ever rented. No dust on fan blades, A/C vents were spotless and everything we needed was in place.. The one negative was the cabinets were so well stocked there was little room for food, but since we ate many meals out it was not an issue. The towels were high quality, linens very good and the property in very good condition. The rental agency was most responsive. We will rent again.

  This is a great condo, close to shopping and a public park. We were a little disappointed with the upkeep of the pool. It was not cleaned daily and I had to skim the pool before the kids could get in. It is also NOT heated! Overall the condo is beautiful. We were very bummed to have rented some movies and there was no DVD player. You have to have infinity membership to watch anything g other than regular tv. Overall it’s a great area and condo. If you have the chance take a day to trolley tour Jekyl. It was great. Even the kids enjoyed it.

The wind was blowing during your visit and it was impossible to keep all of the leaves out of the pool, however the pool is cleaned by a professional cleaning company. Our ad does not state that the pool is heated or that it comes with a DVD player, however it does have a cable package. I wish that when we spoke, you would have let me know as I believe is was a simple matter of choice of channels.
