This comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium is located on the 2nd floor in the H building of Ocean Walk. The giant oak trees and fishing pond welcome you for a relaxing vacation. It's 8/10 of a mile from the beach and an even shorter walk to the village. Washer and dryer in the unit.

The Ocean Walk community has something for everyone. The amenities include; a tennis court, pickleball court, basketball court, two pools, (one heated pool) ducks, and a fishing pond, to name a few.

The clubhouse has a game room, a fitness room overlooking the pond, and a business center.
There is so much to do on St. Simons Island. History buffs will be happy learning and visiting the many historical sites. Pristine golf courses can be enjoyed year around. Between the water, sports, and relaxing days at the beach, you'll never want your vacation to end.

Every one of our properties is furnished with a “starter kit” of supplies so that you don't have to run to the store at the start of your vacation.

Cancellation Policy:
60+ days from arrival - 100% refund
31-60 days from arrival - 50% refund
0-30 days from arrival – 0% refund

Inside of 60 days, reservations cannot be moved for any reason

Cancellations will be charged a $65 cancellation fee
(without exception, even for same-day cancellations)

To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Emmons Realty strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance.


Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation ($1000 for January & February bookings), a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees. Regrettably, we cannot
offer early check-ins or late check-outs, as these hours are for housekeeping. If you need a late check-out, please book an additional night. No refunds will be granted for early departure.

Pet Policy: Properties designated as pet-friendly require a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Only dogs are accepted. Cats are not allowed. Emmons Realty accepts a maximum of 2 dogs, with a maximum weight of 65lbs per dog. Dogs must be at least 1 year old. We cannot allow pit bulls. No exceptions will be made for any part of this policy.

  Very nice condo. Had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Charming little condo community. Comfortable beds, the couch in living room however was not. The TV in master BR would shut off for no apparent reason. Hall bath toilet was not functioning properly. But these issues were just annoyances and didn’t really affect us much.

  The perfect getaway. Great location and exactly what we needed. Our only complaint would be the sheets. They were pretty low quality and kept slipping off the bed (not the most comfortable).   Our stay at Ocean Walk was great. There was no Keurig when we got there, as advertised, and we had brought our own cups. JK (mangement) immediately bought one for us. VERY cool. The condo was spotless, kitchen fully stocked,beds very comfy. I would suggest they provide dishwasher soap..the rules state they want the dishwasher running when guests leave; but there was no soap.(borrowed some) And a couple more trash bags for the kitchen. Otherwise, all was perfect.

  This second floor condo is tastefully decorated with updated flooring and furnishings. The very small kitchen is dated but well-equipped with dishes, good pots and pans, and decent appliances. Bathroom flooring and fixtures have not been updated but they were clean and did the job. The mattress in the master bedroom was super comfortable. We never heard from management except by email but they responded promptly when we needed new batteries for the TV remote. We enjoyed the setting and grounds of Ocean Walk and the waterfront village is a pleasant 15 minute walk.

  Myself, my mother, and my 2 young children evacuated to St. Simons from Holden Beach, NC when hurricane Florence was expected to hit NC as a category 4 hurricance. We arrived to this lovely condo and were super impressed with every aspect of it. The location, the decor, and the amenities. When we woke up the next day after a great nights sleep and saw the hurricane had been downgraded to a category 2, we decided to leave to go back home that day. We did not want to get stuck away from home for longer than necessary with flooding and road closures. SO, despite only staying 1 night of our 4 night booking, we plan on returning to this place again! We loved it!
