This luxurious interior oceanfront condominium is in the gated complex Sea Point Lodge, one of Saint Simons Island’s most beautiful properties. The elevator-accessible 2nd-floor suite is a spacious 2,100 square feet and shabby chic decorated- two patios, a jacuzzi tub, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. You can visit the beach without crossing a street or enjoy the restaurants, shops, and art galleries of the Village and St. Simons Pier, all within convenient walking distance. WIFI included, pets not accepted.

The condo is accessible by Elevator. It is on the 2nd floor, above the covered parking. Includes wireless internet. We DO NOT accept pets.

Every one of our properties is furnished with a “starter kit” of supplies so that you don't have to run to the store at the start of your vacation.

Cancellation Policy:
60+ days from arrival - 100% refund
31-60 days from arrival - 50% refund
0-30 days from arrival – 0% refund

Inside of 60 days, reservations cannot be rescheduled for any reason

Cancellations will be charged a $65 cancellation fee
(without exception, even for same-day cancellations)

To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Emmons Realty strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance.


Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees. No refunds will be granted for early departure.

  This place is incredible and it’s huge. So much space and two balconies to venture out on. We absolutely loved our stay here and are trying to figure out when to come back. Your truly steps away from the beach which wasn’t crowded (for July). Once inside, it’s really quiet. We never heard any of our neighbors the whole time we were there.   We have stayed in this unit several times over the past few years. Sea Point Lodge is the best property on the island, if you are looking for a beach vacation. The property is very well maintained, with secured parking in the ground level garage. The pool is just the right size for a family with young children, and we’ve often had it all to ourselves. The location couldn’t be any better, with gated access to one of the largest beaches on the island, and easy walking distance to the pier village, lighthouse and museum, and the east beach area.
  
  The unit itself is also reasonably well maintained. The furniture is comfortable, the utilities are in good condition, and there are plenty of plates, glasses, bowls, utensils, small kitchen appliances, etc. Basically everything you might need to truly settle in and live for a few weeks is all right there.
  
  A couple of very minor issues: there’s no remote control for the garage gate, so you need to enter the code each time you enter. Also, the last couple of times that we’ve stayed in this unit, the hide-a-bed in one of the sofas was inoperable.
  
  Overall, we love the location and the unit. And we plan to return again and again.

  Sea Point Lodge is the best place to stay on the south side of the island. It’s on a full-time beach, with a private pool and secured parking under the building. The permanent residents are friendly, welcoming and helpful. It’s quiet and peaceful. Most guests are young families.

  This was our second stay at SP208. Overall it was exactly what we expected but noticed two items for improvement: the main bedroom’s carpet is looking worn and in need of a cleaning. Also the lock in the front door needs to be repaired, when unlocking the door the key had to be jiggled to get the lock to open.   This place is great, clean, comfortable beds, nice furniture, decorated nicely and has a beautiful kitchen. The property manager was very communicative as well. It is steps to the pool and beach. Wish the pool was a little bigger, but it's better than no pool! Stayed 5 days and didn't want to leave! This is our new spot whenever we come in town. Can't wait to come back!

  This was a lovely unit and perfect for our needs. However, the sink faucet needs to be replaced. Someone had placed an incorrect vessel in the coffeemaker which would not drain coffee into the pot but rather make it overflow in the coffee reservoir. We purchased a cheap Mr Coffee because we had to have coffee. These are just two recommendations the owner needs to know.

  This condo was bigger than we thought. It was great that we could just go down the elevator and be at the beach and pool. It is a perfect location to the Village and restaurants.Very clean. We will be coming back again.
