We had a wonderful time in this house! The design is more beautiful than it appears in the photos, and the layout of the rooms felt open and comfortable. The two king bedrooms are huge with luxurious bathrooms. Super clean! The pool is small-ish, but plenty of room for two kids and two adults to play about. The company was responsive to a user-error issue on check-in, and was very patient! They know their stuff. Great stay. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The two primary bedroom suites and two additional bedrooms worked perfectly for our group that consisted of two families with 4 kids total (ages 13,10,9 and 2). The heated pool was a blessing since we didn’t have the warmest weather every day. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and grilling as we made most of our meals. Location is amazing- we walked to beach every AM for sunrise and every PM for sunset. The only thing that we would recommend adding would be some hooks for hanging up towels in bathroom to hang up wet towels and swimsuits. Overall was a wonderful vacation home.

Awesome house. Recently renovated and beautiful inside. Love the two master suites that are separated as well as the separate TV room. Pool is great though a bit narrow but love that it was heated. Emmons was quick to respond to any needs. On the far end of east beach so does require a bit of a dune walk to get to the beach but this seems to be increasing as the edge of the island changes shape over the last several years due to the tides. Would love to see the addition of a desk somewhere in the house for us virtual workers. Even under the TV in the 2nd TV room would be useful.

A couple of suggestions:

Ditch the checkout list which sounds like something a nagging mother would leave—strip the beds, take out the trash, start the dishwasher, clean the grill. People are on vacation AND they are paying for a cleaning service to clean the house. All this should be covered.

(Don’t move the pool furniture?)

There are also fees that are probably never charged, but sound obnoxious—$50 plus postage to return something left at the house and $65 if a reservation is made and cancelled the same day.

My family of six enjoyed our stay in this vacation home. The location, half a block from the beach entrance and close to shopping and the Pier Village, was ideal for us.
