Emmons Realty is proud to present this two-story East Beach Cottage that recently underwent a 10-month renovation and is under new ownership. Tabby on 12th is steps away from the beach and is located within a short stroll to Gould’s Inlet. We are 0.7 miles from Coast Guard Station and 2.5 miles from the Village and Pier. The home has two porches, one of which is a screened-in sunroom with a beautiful day bed swing and a couple of rocking chairs for you to enjoy your morning coffee.

This is the perfect home for those looking to get away for some rest and relaxation. As you walk into the home you are greeted by a large living room with 12-foot ceilings that will comfortably sit 6. On your right lies a charming kitchen with an island that seats 3 and a breakfast nook that seats 6. The kitchen is well-appointed with stainless steel appliances and a drip coffee machine. Off of the living area, there is a dining table that seats 5.

As you walk past the living room and down the hall of the ground floor you will find a guest bathroom on your left with a step-in shower, vanity, and closet. Straight down the hall lies the first guest room with two twin beds, a trundle bed, a closet, and a 24” inch TV. There is a full-size washer and dryer in between the guest bath and the first guest room.

The first of two master bedrooms is also located on the ground floor ensuite that seats 3, a closet, and a 42” inch TV leading into the master bedroom. Therein is a king bed, master bathroom with a step-in shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet.

The third bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, 40-inch TV, and a full bath with vanity and a tub/shower combo.

There is a winding staircase with 14 steps leading you to the second story of the house, where you will find the second master bedroom. This room is tastefully furnished with a king bed, coffee bar, seating area for 3, a large walk-in closet, and a porch. The bathroom has a double vanity, two closets, and a large walk-in shower with a soaking tub.

Enjoy the privacy of your own pool and outdoor shower with enough space for lounging and relaxing. The driveway in front of the house can comfortably accommodate 4 cars with ample space for a golf cart. The home is a 5-minute walk to the nearest beach entrance and a 7-minute drive to the Village and Pier.


Includes wireless internet. We DO NOT accept pets. There is a fee to heat the pool.


Every one of our properties is furnished with a “starter kit” of supplies so that you don't have to run to the store at the start of your vacation.

Cancellation Policy:
60+ days from arrival - 100% refund
31-60 days from arrival - 50% refund
0-30 days from arrival – 0% refund

Inside of 60 days, reservations cannot be rescheduled for any reason

Cancellations will be charged a $65 cancellation fee
(without exception, even for same-day cancellations)

To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Emmons Realty strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance.


Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees. No refunds will be granted for early departure.

  We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The two primary bedroom suites and two additional bedrooms worked perfectly for our group that consisted of two families with 4 kids total (ages 13,10,9 and 2). The heated pool was a blessing since we didn’t have the warmest weather every day. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and grilling as we made most of our meals. Location is amazing- we walked to beach every AM for sunrise and every PM for sunset. The only thing that we would recommend adding would be some hooks for hanging up towels in bathroom to hang up wet towels and swimsuits. Overall was a wonderful vacation home.

  Awesome house. Recently renovated and beautiful inside. Love the two master suites that are separated as well as the separate TV room. Pool is great though a bit narrow but love that it was heated. Emmons was quick to respond to any needs. On the far end of east beach so does require a bit of a dune walk to get to the beach but this seems to be increasing as the edge of the island changes shape over the last several years due to the tides. Would love to see the addition of a desk somewhere in the house for us virtual workers. Even under the TV in the 2nd TV room would be useful.

  A couple of suggestions:
  
  Ditch the checkout list which sounds like something a nagging mother would leave—strip the beds, take out the trash, start the dishwasher, clean the grill. People are on vacation AND they are paying for a cleaning service to clean the house. All this should be covered.

  There are also fees that are probably never charged, but sound obnoxious—$50 plus postage to return something left at the house and $65 if a reservation is made and cancelled the same day.
