As you walk through the front door you are greeted with a sprawling open floor plan that transitions seamlessly from a dining area seating 8-10 to a chef’s kitchen with an island that seats 4, stainless steel appliances, Keurig, and regular coffee machine, gas range and a pantry. The living room has a 55-inch TV and comfortably sits 6. In addition, there is a half bath and a laundry area on the main floor. Off of the dining area lies a screened-in front porch with a day bed swing and a 40-inch TV.
Continuing through the house you will find the master bedroom on the main floor with a luxurious ensuite bathroom complete with a step-in double-headed shower, double vanity, and a closet.
Up to the second floor. The first of three guest bedrooms on the second floor is equipped with a king bed and a closet. The second guest bedroom has 2 double beds, 2 twin beds, a 65-inch TV, a closet, and a chalkboard wall - a space any kid would love. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom in between these two rooms with a step-in shower/tub combo, 2 sinks, and a linen closet.
Down the hall lies the third guest bedroom on the second floor equipped with 2 Queen beds, 2 dressers, and a closet. There is also another bathroom on the second floor with a step-in shower and vanity.
A screened-in back porch, accessible from the main hall and master bedroom, leads to a backyard with total privacy and the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Cancellation Policy:
60+ days from arrival - 100% refund
31-60 days from arrival - 50% refund
0-30 days from arrival – 0% refund
Inside of 60 days, reservations cannot be rescheduled for any reason
Cancellations will be charged a $65 cancellation fee
(without exception, even for same-day cancellations)
To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Emmons Realty strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance.
Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees. No refunds will be granted for early departure.
