    This is a comfortable rental for spending a month in St Simons Island. It’s a short walk to the Pier, parks, and restaurants. The unit is in a safe and quiet community. Comfortable beds, excellent shower, nice new appliances in the small kitchen. Nicely furnished. Exterior door, slider need to be replaced, and small balcony and front steps are shabby/ needing paint. Nice covered carport.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The neighborhood was quiet with a small pool, exercise room, and tennis courts easily accessible. The layout was great with nice-sized walk-in closets attached to each bedroom and two full baths. The only slight issue was old plumbing (especially in the master bath) but they were looking into some of those issues. Yes, as someone mentioned, the door lock is VERY loud but that's only a problem if someone is sleeping. We preferred to drive to the pier, but if it's crowded, it is technically close enough to walk. We actually walked all the way to the lighthouse and back, which wouldn't have been too bad if we hadn't also climbed 129 stairs to the top of the lighthouse! But it was worth it! We also enjoyed eating at Frosty's and Iguana's, which were about a 10-12 minute walk from the condo and passed pickleball courts and a nice, large playground on the way. The people from Emmons were easy to communicate with and we would definitely stay here again!

    fantastic location and easy to access. I appreciate the privacy and the amenities that come with the rental. We stayed for a week during our vacation. My only concern is the quality of the linens. It wouldn’t hurt to buy linens from somewhere like TJ Maxx or a major online retailer. Drapes would also keep a tremendous amount of light out of the master bedroom.

    Overall our experience was very good. The location is among the best on the island. The unit was clean and well stocked. It could use a few more cooking containers. There were a few minor items that could use some attention. The digital entry lock is very noisy, the shower spigot in the main bathroom is loose and some of the the furnishings are showing their age.

    Our months stay at 316 Harbour Oaks was absolutely amazing. The property was very clean, very comfortable, with a beautiful view. We wish to give Emmons Realty a five star for their customer service. We had our dryer stop functioning and they arrived at our door within minutes and took our laundry,dried and folded and returned.Also would like to mention we were provided a covered parking spot for our vehicle.     We enjoyed spending the month of February. The location is great. Convenient to the village and all the activities there. The unit is very functional and well supplied. Some of the furnishings are showing some wear. We had a maintenance issue that was quickly handled by the Emmons staff. This was our second stay here and would certainly return.

    Very nice community for a rental property. Walking to restaurants and shopping was nice. Also, it was very close to the community park. The only negative was that the sofa was uncomfortable, probably due to it being a sleeper sofa.

    We had a great time staying at this condo vacation rental. It was perfect walking distance to the village and a short drive to the beach. We loved that the park was right outside the complex. Our only issues with the condo were that 1) unless you are doing a timed dry in the dryer, it will not shut off automatically and 2) one bedroom had twin beds and we thought one was supposed to be a full, so one couple slept in separate beds. Otherwise, the condo was clean and the owner left more toiletries and soaps than we expected to have. Thanks for a great stay!

    This property was so beautiful, peaceful and well located. The apartment's balcony faces a beautiful view of Spanish oak moss trees as well as an adorable little pond. Check in and check out were both easy and seamless. 10/10 highly recommend!

    We had a wonderful time in Saint Simmons. Our condo was very nice. It was in a gated community which we liked. The grounds and the condo were well maintained.and we were only a couple of blocks from the heart of the Village of Saint Simmons. We will use Emmons Realty for our next trip to Saint Simmons!

    We had such a great 3 weeks at this property! The management was very responsive and very easy and pleasant to deal with. You can’t beat location though- it’s a 7 min walk to the village with lots of restaurants. There is also a playground 4 min away which was great and my kids loved playing there.
    A nice tennis court and a pool was a nice plus as well. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated! Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend it!
