  My college best friend and I like to meet up for a beach trip once a year and this property was Perfect for what we needed. It’s a block away from the beach and we easily were able to walk to the downtown and to The King and Prince. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The studio had a nice little kitchenette, perfect for coffee and little snacks, but we went out to eat for the most part. I do wish the property had an outside shower to rinse off in, but other than that it was great!

  This was a great little spot to stay in if you need basically a bed & bathroom. There could be a little more lightning in the kitchen area but is overall quite quaint. The bed is pretty soft though, so if you have back issues & need a firm bed this is not the place for you. Lots of towels to use & soft sheets! My only disappointment was all the fees (cleaning, etc) were actually MORE than the cost of the night's stays we had. That's a little much! We were also able to extend our stay an additional night with no issues.

  The location for this rental was perfect walking distance from all that you would like to get to in the town. The neighborhood that it is in is also very delightful.
  The guest house is perfect for a couples stay and has all that you need for a week trip.
  
  The property was very clean on arrival and included all the amenities need to be able to cook and clean. The grill was also in great condition which we got to use for a couple of the nights that we stayed. I would definitely recommend this location to any friends or family as well as the main house. Overall this was an extremely good trip and the stay was instrumental in that. I would definitely choose this location again.
  
  Some of the cool places that we got to check out were Barrier brewing company, Georgia Sea Grill and we also rented bikes from Two Brothers Bike Company. I would also recommend going to the beach at the Neptune Road or Arnold Road entry to the main beach where the tide is not too high.
