Perfectly positioned for a leisurely stroll to some of the island’s best restaurants and nearby Demere Park, 141 Demere Landing is a towering vacation dream. Its staggering five balconies ensure private restful moments for all, even with the whole family in tow. An elevator visits every level from the garage to the top floor, making luggage handling a breeze. Sunbathe at the pool, take a walk around the pond, and unwind with a soak in the master suite’s luxurious tub.

Every one of our properties is furnished with a “starter kit” of supplies so that you don't have to run to the store at the start of your vacation.

Cancellation Policy:
60+ days from arrival - 100% refund
31-60 days from arrival - 50% refund
0-30 days from arrival – 0% refund

Inside of 60 days, reservations cannot be moved for any reason

Cancellations will be charged a $65 cancellation fee
(without exception, even for same-day cancellations)

To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Emmons Realty strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance.


Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation ($1000 for January & February bookings), a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees. No refunds will be granted for early departure.

  We had a wonderful family vacation at this spacious property in St. Simon Island, bringing together all our adult kids for the first time in a few years, along with my husband and mom. For my youngest graduation celebration. The multiple balconies provided plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the views. The elevator was great when it worked. My family struggled with keeping all doors closed on each level causing elevator to stop working (user errors smh to the kids). Loved using it for luggage during arrival and departure. As well as groceries.
  
  Despite the rain from Tropical Storm Debby during our last couple of days, we still had a fantastic time, thanks to the property's thoughtful layout and amenities. I even spent one day working remotely. Wish there was a desk. The location is ideal, with restaurants and the beach just a short drive away.
  
  I highly recommend this property for families looking to create lasting memories, and I would definitely stay here again! The property management was very communicative and offered great recommendations for dining, which made our experience even better. Great customer service from Carla with Emmons and patience with handling a situation with us.

  This is the 4th year our family has vacationed and stayed at this location. The condo os large enough for 8 of us. 6 adults and 2 children. It is a beautiful and cozy place to stay. Everyone has their own room with a bathroom. The elevator comes in handy for people with mobility issues that can’t do stairs. We will continue to stay here each year as long as it’s available.

  This was a great deal! The rooms, bathrooms, garage, elevator, and pool - all were a great experience. My only complaint was that there was no satellite or cable television. We missed watching our Braves play all week. Apart from that, this was more than spacious and gracious! We would rent again if got the same price (or less!).

  The condo was large & comfortable with comfortable seating and sleeping accommodations. The kitchen was pretty well equipped but there was just one dish towel, not oven mitts and the freezer door on the refrigerator was difficult to close. The master bedroom was spacious and comfortable but only two electrical outlets worked so we had to purchase an extension cord to use one of the bedside lights. The master bath & closet were large and very functional. The remainder of the condo sleeping space is designed for numbers over comfort: On floor three with the master there is a room with a double bed & a TV only, and on floor four, two standard bedrooms, two small baths, on closet and an additional small room with bunk beds. All of the balconies had seating space which was nice.

  Very happy with house. The kitchen was well stocked and house was clean. Garage parking for one car. Location was less than 10 minute walk to beach and close to restaurants. Be aware one of the guest bedrooms has no direct access to bathroom. It didn't prove to be much of a problem, but it's something to note.
