Emmons Realty is quite excited to add this home to our rental pool. Redfern Village is right across the street with several local shops and restaurants including a local favorite Southern Soul BBQ, which was featured on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives and is a 3-minute walk from the home. The charming coastal tabby cottage with blue shutters sits on 222 Circle Drive, conveniently located near Frederica and Demere Road. We are 1.8 miles from the beach and 2.5 miles from the Village and Pier.

This tastefully remodeled home is ready to accommodate those looking for a quiet escape to the beach. With eight stairs leading up to the one-story bungalow, as you walk in you will find the master bedroom to your left with a king bed, two spacious closets with a luggage rack, and a 55” flat screen TV. The master bathroom is equipped with a double vanity and a tub/shower combo.

To your right of the hallway entrance is a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a Cuisinart and Keurig coffee maker and a dining table for four. Attached is an oversized laundry room with an additional refrigerator and a butler's pantry. Walking through the kitchen you will enter the rear living room with a 55” flat screen TV, a comfortable 3 seater sofa, and an armchair.

As you walk through the living area, to the left of it lies the second bedroom situated with a full-sized bed, closet with a luggage rack, and a 55” flat-screen TV. There is a guest bath between the master bedroom and the guest room with a step-in shower.

Off the living area, there is a flex room leading out to the back deck equipped with a queen size pull-out couch. This will be the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Below the large deck lies an oversized fenced backyard offering plenty of space for entertaining, lounging, and for the kids to play, and a charcoal and gas grill.

Parking is available for 3 cars in the front of the home with additional room for a golf cart. The house is a 7-minute car ride and 12-minute bike ride to the closest public beach entrance and the Village and Pier.

A 220-volt, 50-amp receptacle is available for Electric Vehicle Charging. There is a $10 fee per day of your stay if you intend to use the charger. Monthly discounts are available. You will need your own adapter cable.


Every one of our properties is furnished with a “starter kit” of supplies so that you don't have to run to the store at the start of your vacation.

Cancellation Policy:
60+ days from arrival - 100% refund
31-60 days from arrival - 50% refund
0-30 days from arrival – 0% refund

Inside of 60 days, reservations cannot be rescheduled for any reason

Cancellations will be charged a $65 cancellation fee
(without exception, even for same-day cancellations)

To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Emmons Realty strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance.


Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees. No refunds will be granted for early departure.

Pet Policy: Properties designated as pet-friendly require a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Only dogs are accepted. Cats are not allowed. Emmons Realty accepts a maximum of 2 dogs, with a maximum weight of 65lbs per dog. Dogs must be at least 1 year old. We cannot allow pit bulls. No exceptions will be made for any part of this policy.

  222 Circle Drive is a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. Plus, the property is dog friendly which is a bonus for us. My husband loves the location because it is so close to his favorite barbecue restaurant, Southern Soul. Great walking neighborhood and very quiet. The beach is a short drive away as are the other amenities of SSI. There are steps in the front and back of the house and that might be a concern for some vacationers. Otherwise, we had a great time on the island.

  We loved our stay at Circle Drive. First of all, as soon as you walk in you realize the photos are great, but in person is even better! I used the second bedroom as an office (brought my desk) and the wifi was great. Our pups loved the fenced-in backyard. You can walk everywhere. Our favorite spots within walking distance are Omcore Yoga & Body, Soul Southern BBQ, Dulce Dough (bakery), and Fuse (ice cream). All super close to the house. It's in a lovely neighborhood. We loved walking around and exploring and looking at all the houses.

  We had a wonderful stay. The home seems recently updated with very nice decor. Nice neighborhood to walk dogs and, while close to a busy street, you don't hear street noise. One mild negative. You are in the flight path for the airport. Mostly prop planes and some corporate jets. A little noisy at times, buy no night flights when we were there.

  We have been coming to SSI for 7 years with our two labradoodles. This year was no exception. It was our first time to stay at 222 Circle Drive. Nice, clean, spacious rental. Excellent location within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Emmons Realty was very responsive. Our doodles loved the back yard and enjoyed sniffing every day of our visit. Our only issue was that the mattress on the king bed was not very good and had an egg crate on top of it. The egg crate caused the mattress to slope which wasn't the most comfortable. If the mattress is replaced this rental would be 5 stars!

  I have stayed on the island several times at various VRBO’s for work. This is by far my favorite! It’s been completely redone! Not just paint or updated, COMPLETELY renovated. Everything is brand new and spotless. It’s very tastefully and simply decorated, and the fenced in yard is huge and perfect for the pup! The only con I can list is that the master mattress had some sort of egg crate covering that wasn’t the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, but definitely far from the worst I’ve had at a rental. I almost don’t want to say such great things so that it will still be available when I visit 🙃 thanks for a great stay! Oh and also can’t beat the location! Within walking distance to red fern and dolce dough!
