This beautiful townhome is designed to be the ideal vacation home with each bedroom having its own private bath. It is located 0.1 miles from the beach, 1 mile from the Pier and Village area, and 0.7 miles from the Coast Guard Station. Situated just 1 block from local favorites including the Crab Trap, Crab Daddy's, the Barrier Island Brewing Company, and the King and Prince hotel. As an added bonus, this home comes complete with a free golf cart. A liability waiver simply needs to be signed at our office.

Upon entering the front door, you are welcomed by a spacious living room with seating for 7 and a 55-inch flat-screen TV. Next, you are led to a dining table that seats 6, followed by an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a regular drip coffee machine, Keurig, French press, toaster, and blender. All standard cookware is provided. If you find yourself missing anything, please let us know and a member of the Emmons Realty staff will bring it right over. Off of the kitchen, there is a half bathroom. In the garage, you will find a golf cart, bicycles, beach chairs, and toys. Just outside is an outdoor shower.

On the second level, you enter the master bedroom containing a stately four-poster king-sized bed, a 50-inch flat-screen TV, Keurig, a chaise lounge chair, an armchair, a desk, a dresser, and a balcony. Off of the bedroom is an en-suite bathroom appointed with dual sinks, a jacuzzi tub, a step-in shower, two closets, and access to a screened balcony. There is also a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer on the second level.

Ride the private elevator to the third level. There are two bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom contains two queen-sized beds, a 40-inch flat-screen TV, a chaise lounge chair, and a balcony. To the left, there is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and closet. Also on this level is the second guest bedroom with one queen-sized bed, a 43-inch flat-screen TV, an armchair, and a balcony with two lounge chairs. This bedroom is similarly appointed with an en-suite bathroom, tub/shower combo, and closet.

(Fine print and some rules)

There is an elevator that services all floors of the home. Only 1 car can be parked in the front driveway. An additional car can be parked in the garage. Only 2 cars are allowed on the property. Additional cars have to be parked in the public parking, one block away. Renters must be at least 25 years old. The golf cart is provided at no additional charge and is included as a courtesy to enhance your stay. Please note that no refunds or compensation will be issued in the event of a golf cart malfunction.

Every one of our properties is furnished with a “starter kit” of supplies so that you don't have to run to the store at the start of your vacation.

Cancellation Policy:
60+ days from arrival - 100% refund
31-60 days from arrival - 50% refund
0-30 days from arrival – 0% refund

Inside of 60 days, reservations cannot be rescheduled for any reason

Cancellations will be charged a $65 cancellation fee
(without exception, even for same-day cancellations)

To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Emmons Realty strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance.

Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. No refunds will be granted for early departure. If booking through Airbnb, you will only be subject to their deposit policies.

    Awesome location close to East beach and cluster of restaurants. Traveled with 3 young kids, and perfect house with lots of room for us. Lots of stairs, but house has an elevator if needed. Kitchen stocked. The golf cart was a huge bonus and fun for our family to use. Easy check in and out and communication w the property management (they texted and phoned us when we had a question over the weekend).

    We enjoyed our week on St Simons Island and in large part due to this home that we rented. It is in a great location, very short and easy walk to the beach, restaurants, town, shopping, etc. Having the use of a golf cart was so helpful as was each bedroom having an en suite bathroom. I would definitely recommend this home.

    Very good rental. Well located for beach. Several good restaurants, brew pub, and package store in immediate walking distance. The included golf cart is a great plus. Perfect for getting around the village and the kids loved it. One note: the listing suggests bringing beach chairs and towels. Not necessary. The house is well-equipped with both.

    Rental had everything we needed while in town for our son’s wedding. We didn’t have small kids, but townhome had crib, high chair, etc. Golf cart was great. Bikes, beach chairs were great addition even if we didn’t have time for that type of fun. Everyone loved having their own porch off each bedroom. We were thankful for all the throw blankets as it was a very chilly weekend. Our wedding photographer came by to take photos of all the groomsmen getting ready and the back drive with the trees made a great backdrop.
    Only 2 parking spaces did become an issue as we had many people who stopped by through the weekend to visit with the groom. Also, very nosy permanent neighbor who apparently likes to complain about anything. We had guest at our wedding who stayed at the same location last year and had same experience with the neighbor.
    We would stay again for a family weekend.

    There were 5 of us staying at this cute townhome. 4 adults and one 9 year old boy. We absolutely loved the charm of this townhome!!! Here are the Pros:
    1) So much space and many different levels for families to spread out. 2) The elevator was a hit for sure! 3) The master bedroom on the 2nd floor (3rd from elevator) was amazing. The bed was so comfortable I would love to know what type of mattress and pillows were used. I had the best nights sleep ever and found myself wanting to make excuses to go lay down! 4) The location to the beach was minutes (walking or riding a bike). 5) The selection of bikes available was great! We rode for miles on the beach, collected shells, and enjoyed the atmosphere. 6) The golf cart was another big hit. We used it to head down to Pier Village, touring around and just having fun. 7) The Property Management team was great! We had a broken Keurig and they arrived within minutes in the rain with a brand new one! And also got us more pods. Anytime I had a question or request, they responded within minutes.
    There were a few cons. 1) If using the bath in the 2nd floor master, the hot water was great. However, the shower took more than 10 min to receive somewhat warm water and the shower on the 3rd floor had the same issue. 2) There was a smell (more like an old home smell, not completely unpleasant) and we couldn't figure out why. Our last night we looked under the kitchen sink and noticed the back of the cabinet/wall was soaked with water; an apparent leak from somewhere. 3) The furniture was nice, not exactly in perfect condition and had some stains (not overall a true con), but when I noticed hair on my bed sheets before ever sleeping in it, I was a little turned off. 4) The kitchen seemed well stocked except for flatware. There didn't seem to be enough for more than a family of 4.
    We had a fabulous time staying here and would definitely recommend the charming townhome.

    We enjoyed our stay at St. Simons Island. The island itself was beautiful. We loved riding bikes and driving the golf cart around the island. The townhouse at 311 Neptune was wonderful! Very clean and nicely appointed. Spacious both indoors and outdoors with several balconies. We loved the private elevator, so handy when we loaded and unloaded the car, and we used it to go between floors just because we could. The rental also had a golf cart, we loved driving it around the island. Emmons Realty staff were very friendly and helpful, will rent with them again. We plan to stay here on our next trip to St. Simons Island!

    The location of this townhouse was perfect! Quick walk to the beach and some of the best restaurants on the island. Having a golf cart was an added bonus for a quick ride to the village.     This was a great place for us to spend 5 weeks this Winter! The house had everything we needed - including a golf cart and bicycles.
    It was a 2 block walk to a great SSI beach that stretched for miles in each direction. The small town was less than a mile away with many restaurants.

    Sometimes it just all works out. My family had a fantastic vacation on Saint Simons Island. I can’t over recommend this vacation house. We walked to some great restaurants the first night. We took the FREE golf cart around the island after that. The living areas have high ceilings, making the place feel really big. They are probably like 12 feet or something. The elevator makes getting your luggage to all your rooms super convenient. The house was stocked with more than most vacation rentals, but we ate almost every meal out. There’s tons of stuff right by. It’s a GREAT location. Emmons Realty let us know everything we needed and were there when we texted a question about the elevator. The beds were really comfortable too. We will absolutely be back. THANK YOU!!!
