This one bedroom, one bath condo is perfect for a romantic getaway and is located walking distance to all the charm St. Simons Island has to offer. This home is minutes from the beach and within walking distance of shopping, coffee, dining, and golf.

The bedroom has a king-size bed and there is a sofa bed in the den for an extra sleeping space.

The den, dining area and sun room are open, spacious and comfortable.

The kitchen has granite counter-tops and beautiful all-wood cabinets. The kitchen comes furnished with a regular drip coffee maker, a Keurig, a toaster and all the other amenities you will need for preparing meals during your stay.

This gated community comes with a tennis court, pool, and fitness center.

Includes wireless internet. Full-sized washer and dryer in unit.

Every one of our properties is furnished with a “starter kit” of supplies so that you don't have to run to the store at the start of your vacation.

Cancellation Policy:
60+ days from arrival - 100% refund
31-60 days from arrival - 50% refund
0-30 days from arrival – 0% refund

Inside of 60 days, reservations cannot be rescheduled for any reason

Cancellations will be charged a $65 cancellation fee
(without exception, even for same-day cancellations)

To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Emmons Realty strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance.

Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees. No refunds will be granted for early departure.

  Awesome stay! We loved the location. Close to everything we needed. The condo was the perfect size for me and my husband. The pictures did not do it justice. The home was well maintained and equipped with everything you needed. We were able to cook meals. My husband utilized the gym while we were there. Shops, grocery store and restaurants are in walking distance. We loved the gated community. Bed was a little firmer than what we were used to but nothing to complain about.

  We loved the apartment, although we had technical issues. The door code was confusing, but someone was there within 10 minutes to show us how it worked. Someone was available to answer every question immediately. It was too hot to do anything outdoors, so we never got to the pool, but it looked lovely. The condo was clean, and the kitchen was well equipped.
