Welcome to Camp Chi Chi! This charming and colorful cottage, located just minutes from the nearest beach provides the perfect escape for your next island getaway.

With three cozy bedrooms and two stylish bathrooms, Camp Chi Chi can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. The Master Bedroom has a white four-poster queen size bed and full bath. The next bedroom has an upholstered queen size bed. Designed with kids in mind, the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, with upper bunks only supporting a person of 110 pounds or less. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals and the inviting living room is the perfect place to kick back and relax after a day of exploring the history, natural beauty, and southern hospitality that the island has to offer.

Step outside and soak up the gorgeous coastal climate on the deck. The backyard is a private oasis, complete with a grill and a fire pit reminiscent of the Hobbit’s Shire.

Camp Chi Chi is conveniently located just half a mile from Saint Simons Island's Village district, where you'll find a variety of shops, restaurants, and cafes serving delicious local cuisine and showcasing the island's unique charm. Popular dining options in the vicinity include The Crab Shack, ECHO, Coastal Kitchen, Southern Soul Barbecue (as featured on "Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives"), and Half Shell.

Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the island's challenging golf courses, offering stunning views of the lush greenery and coastline. Saint Simons Island also offers a variety of outdoor activities such as fishing, kayaking, and boating.

Guests in search of a more historic adventure can spend the day at the St. Simons Lighthouse Museum, one of the must-see attractions on the island. It offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and an insight into the island's rich maritime heritage.

Every one of our properties is furnished with a “starter kit” of supplies so that you don't have to run to the store at the start of your vacation.

Cancellation Policy:
60+ days from arrival - 100% refund
31-60 days from arrival - 50% refund
0-30 days from arrival – 0% refund

Inside of 60 days, reservations cannot be moved for any reason

Cancellations will be charged a $65 cancellation fee
(without exception, even for same-day cancellations)

To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Emmons Realty strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance.

Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees.

  Perfect weekend getaway. Super cute. We rented a golf cart and the location worked perfectly. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for the 4 of us. Highly recommend! The yard area could use a little maintenance but overall a great experience! Would stay there again!!

  We had a great week in SSI at Camp Chi Chi! The house is adorably decorated with a cute beach cottage theme and was very clean upon arrival. Room sizes are cozy, but fit our family size of 5 nicely. We wish it had been a little cooler outside so we could have enjoyed the side yard space more - it was so nice with table, chairs, umbrella fire pit, grill, all under a large shade tree! We were able to walk to the village for shops and restaurants but was a little far for my parents in the heat (about 1/2 mile). Area was quiet and mixed with permanent homes and rental homes. A few little things that would have made our stay the absolute best - more comfortable seating in the family room area, a firmer mattress in the master, and newer oven baking trays :) Other than that, the kitchen was fully stocked for meals and even had a countertop ice maker, which the kids loved and was nice for packing the cooler for the beach (a short drive away) We would return to this cute cottage again, thanks for the stay!

The location was great and the neighborhood was very quiet. The only regret is that I didn’t get to spend much time in the backyard. I would highly recommend this house!
