Redfern Village is right across the street with several local shops and restaurants including a local favorite Southern Soul BBQ, which was featured on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives and is a 3-minute walk from the home.

The property is surrounded by a fully fenced garden, abundant with vibrant plant life. It features two patios, one fully screened, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxation. An outdoor shower adds a touch of luxury and convenience, ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

The home features two spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The shared bathroom is modern and well-appointed, and a tankless water heater ensures a continuous supply of hot water, adding to your comfort.

The living spaces are tastefully decorated, reflecting the coastal charm of St. Simons Island. Modern appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker, make it easy to settle in and feel at home. Parking is a breeze with space for 2 to 3 cars. The house is a 7-minute car ride and 12-minute bike ride to the closest public beach entrance and the Village and Pier. The house is a 7-minute car ride and 12-minute bike ride to the closest public beach entrance and the Village and Pier.

Every one of our properties is furnished with a “starter kit” of supplies so that you don't have to run to the store at the start of your vacation.

Cancellation Policy:
60+ days from arrival - 100% refund
31-60 days from arrival - 50% refund
0-30 days from arrival – 0% refund

Inside of 60 days, reservations cannot be rescheduled for any reason

Cancellations will be charged a $65 cancellation fee
(without exception, even for same-day cancellations)

To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Emmons Realty strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance.


Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees. No refunds will be granted for early departure.

Pet Policy: Properties designated as pet-friendly require a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Only dogs are accepted. Cats are not allowed. Emmons Realty accepts a maximum of 2 dogs, with a maximum weight of 65lbs per dog. Dogs must be at least 1 year old. We cannot allow pit bulls. No exceptions will be made for any part of this policy.

    The rental is as nice as advertised. Property was clean and inviting. Extremely pet friendly. We have a service dog and the backyard is spacious and secure to let your pet explore and get exercise. The property has wonderful indoor/outdoor living and it was easy to just relax. Plenty of room for up to 4 guests.

    Interior of the home is quite comfortable, but only has the very basic supplies. Outside garden is rather overgrown and could use some attention, but the rear porch is a private, relaxing, and comfortable outdoor oasis. Lastly, the management company is super easy to communicate with and very attentive to anything you need. They are fantaastic!

    From the moment we arrived at 116 Circle Drive, we knew we had found a gem on St. Simons Island. Emmons Realty has truly outdone themselves with this delightful two-bedroom vacation rental. It felt like our very own slice of paradise, a genuine home-away-from-home.

    Being dog-friendly was a significant plus for us, and our furry friend enjoyed the fully fenced garden as much as we did. The vibrant plant life added a touch of serenity to our mornings, and the two patios became our favorite spots to unwind. The screened patio was a sanctuary for morning coffee sessions, thanks to the Keurig coffee maker provided. And after our beach adventures, the outdoor shower was a luxurious touch that we truly appreciated.

    Speaking of the beach, its proximity was just perfect. A short car or bike ride away, we found ourselves soaking in the sun and waves in no time.
