Welcome to Island Retreat! Our second-floor 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit is perfectly positioned in the heart of Saint Simons Island, providing a comfortable and convenient base for your island adventures. The subdivision is even gated! This is a new unit to the rental market, but it is proudly managed by Emmons Realty, ensuring consistency and a high quality stay.

Location is key. We're less than two miles from numerous public beaches, with safe and easy-to-navigate sidewalked paths. For those beach days, consider visiting the Coast Guard Station Beach with its clean showers and summer food vendors. Around the corner, you'll discover a variety of dining options, from local bars serving hearty meals to breakfast spots that'll energize your mornings. And, a friendly tip: don't miss out on a morning treat from Dulce Dough. We personally promise that it is the best doughnut you've ever had – just be sure to get there early! They sell out every day.

Though many of the island's attractions are within walking distance, having a car can be useful for wider exploration. The unit is in close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. Inside, you'll find a very nice kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and updated bathrooms. This home is very obviously loved by it's owners. The community offers amenities like a pool and tennis courts, adding to the fun. The decor captures the essence of island living, creating a beachy backdrop for your stay.

Every one of our properties is furnished with a “starter kit” of supplies so that you don't have to run to the store at the start of your vacation.

Cancellation Policy:
60+ days from arrival - 100% refund
31-60 days from arrival - 50% refund
0-30 days from arrival – 0% refund

Inside of 60 days, reservations cannot be rescheduled for any reason

Cancellations will be charged a $65 cancellation fee
(without exception, even for same-day cancellations)

To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Emmons Realty strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance.

Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees. No refunds will be granted for early departure.
