Emmons Realty couldn't be more excited to bring you Ocean Walk W10, our newest addition in the decades long favorite Ocean Walk Resort. This lakeside property offers everything you need for the quintessential coastal stay. The two-bedroom unit features views of the water from the deck, living room, and bedrooms. Updated with modern granite countertops, faux-wood flooring, and refreshed bathrooms. The master bathroom, equipped with a frameless glass door and an attached walk-in closet, provides a touch of elegance. The furniture, chosen for comfort and functionality, complements the unit's setting. With a mirror-accented dining area and bedrooms fitted with a king bed in the master and twin beds in the guest room, guests can expect a comfortable stay. Located near the back pool and close to the tennis courts, this unit is a incredibly convenient.

St. Simons Island, known for its natural beauty and coastal charm, was recognized by Travel + Leisure in 2022. The island boasts picturesque Southern Oaks covered in Spanish moss. It's within walking distance to the village, pier, beaches, and a variety of restaurants. The island offers access to numerous public beaches. We especially recommend the Coast Guard Station Beach due to its amenities like showers and food vendors. The well-sidewalked streets make it easy to explore on foot. A visit to the island isn't complete without grabbing a doughnut from Dulce Dough. It's a popular spot, so be sure to get there early—they sell out daily. Their savory offerings are equally impressive and worth mentioning. While you don't necessarily need a car to enjoy the surroundings, we highly recommend one for the best experience. This home provides a blend of dining, shopping, bars, coffee, recreational activities, and beach outings, all within waling distance.

Every one of our properties is furnished with a “starter kit” of supplies so that you don't have to run to the store at the start of your vacation.

Cancellations will be charged a $65 cancellation fee
(without exception, even for same-day cancellations)

To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Emmons Realty strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance.

Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees. No refunds will be granted for early departure.

    We were in the area for a conference and stayed in this cozy condo for four nights. It was a great experience and we would happily return. The condo was clean and comfortable, the pool wasn't crowded and it was clean, and the grounds were well maintained. The beds were very comfortable.

    Condo was clean and convenient. Ocean walk is always a favorite place to stay for our family. W-10 was clean and pet friendly which we loved! The condo overall could use some updating (furniture, wallpaper, bedding), but we would stay again.

    Location is great, very convenient to the village area and all of the restaurants and shops. The condo is well equipped with everything you need for a long term stay. The only issue we encountered was with the wifi in the unit, the connection constantly cycled in while trying to stream tv services or using the laptop or cell phone. I reset the router several times to no avails a telecommunications expert, I can say unequivocally that there is a problem with either the wiring into the building or serving the complex. Xfinity definitely needs to send a tech to test the wiring out.

    Wow, our stay at Ocean Walk on St. Simons Island was amazing! The place is really close to shops and the beach, but the best part was the pond right outside. We saw ducks and even a heron! The condo was super comfy and had everything we needed to cook and hang out. The people at Emmons Realty helped us find cool places to visit. Check-in was the easiest I've ever had. We had so much fun swimming in the pool and playing tennis. We can't wait to go back! Thank you!!!
