Discover the coastal charm of Mary's House, located at 1729 Bruce Drive. This delightful vacation home, professionally managed by Emmons Realty, resides on East Beach, St. Simons most desirable neighborhood. The home is a 3-bedroom oasis inviting you to soak in the laid-back island vibes, all while being provided all the modern comforts.

Situated only 6 houses from the 5th street beach access and less than a mile from local treasures like Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, the Beachcomber, and several other island favorites, the location immerses you in the local culture and leisure. The home provides parking for 3 cars.

As you step onto the property, a large screened-in front porch welcomes you. With seating for ten, a vintage swing for two, and an antique cooler, the porch may provide enough entertainment for your entire stay.

Inside, a very comfortable living room opens, with plenty of seating and a large TV. Right next to it, a dining area waits with a table for six, and a kitchen bar for three more. The kitchen is ready for anything with a coffee maker, blender, electric wok, and crockpot.

Sleep comes easy in the three tastefully done-up bedrooms with two king beds and one queen bed. The main bathroom has a vintage feel with a modern tub/shower combo and a fresh pedestal sink. A second bathroom boasts a refreshing walk-in shower.

The final room of the home, the sun porch is the spot to be with a twin daybed and another large TV. It’s air-conditioned for warmer days.

The home includes a full sized Washer and Dryer and Wireless Internet.

Out back, a small porch holds a charcoal grill, perfect for BBQ nights.

Every one of our properties is furnished with a “starter kit” of supplies so that you don't have to run to the store at the start of your vacation.

Cancellation Policy:
60+ days from arrival - 100% refund
31-60 days from arrival - 50% refund
0-30 days from arrival – 0% refund

Inside of 60 days, reservations cannot be rescheduled for any reason

Cancellations will be charged a $65 cancellation fee
(without exception, even for same-day cancellations)

To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Emmons Realty strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance.

Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees.

Pet Policy: Properties designated as pet-friendly require a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Only dogs are accepted. Cats are not allowed. Emmons Realty accepts a maximum of 2 dogs, with a maximum weight of 65lbs per dog. Dogs must be at least 1 year old. We cannot allow pit bulls. No exceptions will be made for any part of this policy.

    I stayed here a week after Hurricane Helen-everything was nice. The internet wasn't working correctly (not their fault post hurricane) so they immediately brought me a hot spot! The hot water could be a few degrees warmer-only complaint.
