Tucked away in the tranquil beauty of Jekyll Island, the Sundowner house provides elegance, comfort, and that hard to define "cool" factor. Managed by Emmons Realty, this 2,442 square foot property is luxurious, spacious and has an unforgettable vibe.

As you approach Sundowner, there is a large parking area, accommodating up to 5 cars. The heart of this home lies in its modern living room and open kitchen. Four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own character and charm. The Yellow and Orange Rooms, each housing a comfortable queen-sized bed and a 25-inch streaming TV, offer cozy retreats. The Aqua Room, with twin beds and similar entertainment options, is perfect for friends or younger guests. The crown jewel, the Blue Room Master suite, features a king-sized bed and a 44-inch cable TV. The bathrooms, three in total, have all been completely remodeled.

Outside, the fully fenced yard ensures privacy, and the presence of a charcoal grill and a firepit sets the stage for enchanting evenings under the stars. For those who enjoy indoor activities, the full-sized pool table room offers a delightful diversion.

But what truly sets Sundowner apart is its location. Jekyll Island, a jewel on the coast of Georgia, is a place where natural beauty and history intertwine. From the breathtaking marsh views to the world-class sunsets framing the Sydney Lanier Bridge, every moment here is a brushstroke on the canvas of awe-inspiring landscapes. Every one of our properties is furnished with a “starter kit” of supplies so that you don't have to run to the store at the start of your vacation.

Cancellation Policy:
60+ days from arrival - 100% refund
31-60 days from arrival - 50% refund
0-30 days from arrival – 0% refund

Inside of 60 days, reservations cannot be rescheduled for any reason

Cancellations will be charged a $65 cancellation fee
(without exception, even for same-day cancellations)

To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Emmons Realty strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance.

Home includes wifi. We do not accept pets, including emotional support animals.

Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees.

  Our family gathered from across the country for Easter weekend on Jekyll and we had a wonderful time. The house is impeccably decorated with touches from around the world. The couches and beds are extremely comfortable. There are tons of cooking utensils and equipment which was great as we cooked every meal at the house. Only issue we had was with the ice maker.

  What an awesome house! It was vey spacious and well laid out. The art work through was fun to look at and my wife even feel in love with one particular piece hanging in the dining area. The back yard was in full bloom with Azalea which seemed to attract a large variety of birds. The only issue, and this is just the nature of Jekyll Island, was that we weren’t able to enjoy opening the window wall as the gnats were thick as thieves. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and Emmons was quick to respond to any questions or issues. I would definitely stay at this home again.

  The view from the fire pit looks like a painting. The home is quite fancy, but instead just feels like the cool kid’s house on a TV show. This was a really unique and special experience for my family. Whoever put this house together wanted you to get something memorable and out of the ordinary. Definitely coming back.
