Comfortable Accommodations: The cottage features two well-appointed bedrooms, each with a Queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, and beautiful hardwood floors. A spacious, updated full bathroom with a walk-in shower and built-in bench is conveniently located between the two bedrooms.

Well-Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the essentials, including a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and ample counter space. The dining table comfortably seats four, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals during your stay.

Multiple Living Spaces: Relax in either of the two separate living rooms. The front living room offers cozy seating, a 32" flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan, perfect for unwinding after a day of island adventures. The larger living room, which doubles as a sunroom, features a 42" TV, ceiling fan, and a futon for additional sleeping space. This area also includes a half bath and a laundry room for your convenience.

60+ days from arrival - 100% refund
31-60 days from arrival - 50% refund

(without exception, even for same-day cancellations)

Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees. No refunds will be granted for early departure.

  We had an awesome time at Bertie’s Nest. Check-in was really easy with Emmons Realty. The house was super comfortable, close to the beach, and right by a nice park. It had everything we needed. We’d definitely stay here again!
