Inside, you’ll find two private bedrooms (king and queen), plus a cozy twin nook just off the living room—ideal for kids or early risers. A full bathroom and half bath give everyone space, and the stackable washer/dryer makes longer stays easy. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials, including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, and everything you need to cook or reheat with ease. There’s a dining table for four, fast WiFi, streaming-ready TVs in the living room and sunroom, and a smart thermostat to keep things comfortable.

Step outside to a fully fenced, beautifully manicured backyard with palms, tropical plants, and plenty of seating. There’s a gas grill, umbrella-covered dining table, firepit with Adirondack chairs, and a private hot-water outdoor shower that’s perfect after a day at East Beach.

$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees. No refunds will be granted for early departure.
